Scanning at pace today across an exciting project at Canary Wharf where Future BIM are not only providing Point cloud Surveys but 3D Coordination of future services.

The Coordination of Plant areas are extremely important, here at Future BIM we take the stage 2 Schematics and Layouts and model up the systems using the correct tech sub approved families in Revit to ensure our clients have accurate installation drawings at all times. Using App based technology our clients can also view the 3D Model to ensure the site teams are clear on the scope of the install.
Our 3D Survey team are once again on one of our valued clients prestigious projects capturing ‘mm perfect’ 3D data to enable a smooth MEP Fitout in the future.
Future BIM are always pushing the boundaries of MEP Coordination to assist our clients with a smooth M&E install, here we are pushing the Coordinated Revit MEP Model into our Point Cloud Data to review the Coordination against the existing structure.
