Once point cloud data is captured it still needs to be modelled in Revit whether that be the Architecture, Structure or M&E Services. Future BIM have precise protocols and workflows in place to ensure that the survey data is accurately modelled and ready for your BIM project. 

There are software packages that claim to provide Scan to BIM solutions but due to the review of data captured to ensure its modelled correctly this is a skillset that we at Future BIM feel is a long way from being replaced by software as services and intricate architectural details or structural supports need to be reviewed by our Revit engineers and modelled accordingly.
