Using this workflow we do not need to rely on 3rd hand inaccurate Record information and eliminate the need for multiple trips to site to measure up.
Modelling the new design in BIM ready Revit then allows us to accurately assess if the specified equipment actually fits within the ceiling voids and areas required, then allows our Coordination team to highlight any design issues very early on to our clients, saving them wasted labour and costs trying to install a design that simply does not work with the existing structure or existing services that may not have been captured during the early design process.
